LEAD TIME
Perfection takes time, at Gifting by Roe we do not have pre-made goodies. Purely because we know everyone is different and have their own wants and needs. Please remember that beauty is not created overnight. We do a vast amount of products in-house, however this is kind of a one man show… so it all takes time. Allow for a general 2-3 business days for 35 and below personalised chocolates and 3-5 business days for 35 and above personalised chocolates ,we will always try and deliver as quickly as possible. Please check in with us regarding lead time when placing your order, we will also list lead times for each product as thoroughly as possible.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please ensure you familiarise with our T’s and C’s. Please ensure you chat to us about any concerns you might have before-hand as we will not be held liable if T’s and C’s were ignored or discarded. We want to be as clear as possible. Please do not place an order with us before reading our T’s and C’s.
We design as per client’s specifications and brief and if they are any changes we will have to charge design fee for R150. Clients are welcome to send their own design/artwork
Our minimum order is 10
For 35 and below it takes 2-3 business days after payment.
For 35 and above it takes 3-5 business days after payment.

You can collect or we courier nationwide from R100 depending with your location.
ORDERING / PAYMENT PROCESS
To order please send us a Whatsapp message on +(27) 64 988 9590 with your full name and the quantity of the product you would want to order. We will then send you a formal invoice. When making a payment please use your NAME OR INVOICE NUMBER AS REFERENCE for quick allocation of funds. After payment please send your PROOF OF PAYMENT to our Whatsapp number or email it at admin@giftingbyroe.co.za. After receiving your payment we will send you artwork approval as per your brief and specifications.
An order is only confirmed once payment is made. In the event the client cancels the order here will be R50.00 fee deduction from the paid amount.
